How to choose a copy trader on Bybit

Do not choose a master trader by ROI alone. A good decision compares return, risk, history and the way the strategy behaves during difficult markets.

Compare ROI with drawdown

High ROI is attractive only when the drawdown and leverage are acceptable. A smooth, controlled strategy can be preferable to extreme short-term performance.

Check history and current capacity

Look at how long the trader has been active, whether followers are growing and whether the strategy still has capacity for new capital.

Ask before connecting

If the risk, minimum amount or setup is unclear, ask in the private chat before allocating funds.
